Our international site can be visited at http://www.scriptumlibre.org. This wiki will be polished during March 2008 and become the Dutch spoken main site http://www.vrijschrift.org. See ["site conversion"].
Stichting Vrijschrift.org wil dat zaken met het karakter van vrije informatie - zoals vrije software, vrije leermiddelen en literatuur uit het publieke domein - een vaste plaats krijgen binnen onze samenleving zodat het iedereen kan dienen.
Vrijschrift is internationaal georienteerd en actief (het internet vervaagt immers grenzen). Zo vertegenwoordigen wij de FFII in Nederland, zijn verbonden met FSF-Europe, huisvesten het Nederlandse vertaalproject, enzovoorts, zie projecten in het menu.
Door een drempelloze toegang kan iedereen helpen de doelen te bereiken (lees dit vooral als een uitnodiging). Wij vinden dat auteurs- en patentrecht teruggebracht moet worden tot gezonde proporties en zetten ons in tegen het misbruik ervan.
